We close an extraordinary year economically and revolutionary in technology. On one hand, in the Balearic Islands, we have surpassed 18 million visitors, shattering pre-pandemic figures. On the other hand, the pace of technological advances has accelerated exponentially with the arrival of artificial intelligence, particularly with the progressive deployment of Copilot in the Microsoft 365 platform.
We look to the future with passion and move forward with confidence. We walk beside you and support you in the deployment of new technologies. Undoubtedly, three major advances have been key this year: document management with OCR technology, automatic import of statements and automated bank reconciliation, and assisted management of credit cards—all supported by AI technology.
Beyond the small humorous nod we've made in this year's greeting, inspired by the COPILOT assistant within Dynamics 365 Sales, this is just the beginning: OpenAI's technology is rapidly becoming a reality in our daily tasks. Microsoft is making a titanic effort to implement COPILOT, the new virtual assistant will integrate into all our usual tools: the Office suite, Teams, Sales, or Business Central.
