In Dynasoft we have developed an effective and intuitive tool to control the movements of those accounting accounts that have a transitory nature.

The system allows the user different functionalities when interacting with the system in an intuitive way: mark/unmark, reconcile, deconcile, show pending movements, show reconciled movements.

The automatic triggering of the reconciliation can be configured indistinctly for each of the accounts by selecting between different criteria: reconcile based on the document number and external document number of the entry, reconcile by document number, by external document, by amount and by exact amount.
